occupancy and are subject to change without notice.
Maine State Lodging tax (7
percent) is not included. Add $20 for each additional adult and $10
for each child under age 18. Cots and cribs are available at $20 per
day. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required during July and August as
well as during holiday periods.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
An advanced deposit of one night's room rate will be required for
reservations. Credit Card deposits will be processed on the date you
make your reservation. If you are paying by check or money order,
payment must be received within 10 days of the date you made your
reservation. All deposits are applied to the LAST NIGHT of stay.
Should you need to cancel your
reservation, you may do so without penalty up to 15 days before your
scheduled arrival. During the 2 weeks prior to your arrival, you will
receive your deposit LESS a $25 processing fee. Within 72 hours of
reserved arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your deposit
if your room is not re-rented. Deposits are applied to the last night
of stay.
